You may not realise it but even as a Motability driver you are still liable to pay excess in the event of damage to your vehicle. Whats more on 1/1/16 they increased the amount you have to pay. If you are over 25 its A?100, under 20 you will have to find A?500 and drivers between 21 & 24 have A?300 to pay.
